Being on the MyFANUC Home page (my.fanuc.eu), click on the Login button to navigate to the Sign In page.

Alternatively you can click on the lock icon in the upper right corner of the page.

On the MyFANUC Sign In page, choose FANUC Europe Customers.

Click the Forgot password? link.

Enter your user id (email), solve the CAPTCHA and click Request Password Reset.

An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

In the email click on RESET PASSWORD.

A page opens in your web browser where you can enter the new password.

Choose a new password, confirm and click Update Password.

You receive a notification if the change was successful or not. You can now use the new password to login to MyFANUC.
